Thank you, as always, for your warm support of FSHD JAPAN and our activities.

Yesterday, June 20, on World FSHD Day, Yokohama Marine Tower was beautifully illuminated in orange, made possible by your generous donations and heartfelt support.

Although the weather was unfortunately not on our side, members of FSHD JAPAN were able to gather at the site and see the orange light shining brightly against the night sky.

For us, that light emerging through the darkness was a powerful symbol of hope.

Once again, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to our crowdfunding campaign, as well as to everyone who joined us in witnessing the illumination, wherever you may have been.

Thank you for helping us make this special moment possible.

Through this major initiative, we believe we were able to create an important opportunity for more people to learn about FSHD (facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy).

Greater awareness is an important step toward the future. Building on the light we created together, we will continue our efforts in the hope that understanding of FSHD will deepen and that effective treatments will become available as soon as possible.

We will cherish the connections brought together by this orange light and continue moving forward together as patients and families.
